Los Angeles 59,000+ are homeless in L.A. County. At the same time, tech is booming.

In 2018 Southern California saw a record number of financing rounds, with leading companies in diverse industries ranging from cybersecurity to media to healthcare. Whether in Santa Monica, Venice, Playa Vista or Glendale and DTLA, the tech landscape is set amidst the backdrop of the most pressing humanitarian crisis of our day: homelessness.

At Sutton Capital Partners, we are part of the tech ecosystem and we are optimistic that SoCal will continue to be home to extraordinary entrepreneurs. We also believe that the tech and investor community must step up and commit to take action and help our most vulnerable neighbors. We know that even if you don’t have a home you still need to connect in an increasingly connected world.

Join us for an engaging and inspiring evening with speakers and demos. Our theme is: Connectivity. Hear from the entrepreneurs and technologists who are using their skills and resourcefulness to address multiple ways to impact homelessness. We will focus on challenge areas with a call to action and ways you can get involved. Come with your questions and be prepared to jump in, take action and commit.
